As the month comes to a close April marks 9 years of Nouvelle Cosmetics — and we thought we would take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come.
Before the clinic doors opened, there were already years of experience behind it. From hospital nursing to early aesthetic practice, this journey has always been grounded in clinical care, education, and a commitment to the belief that aesthetic treatments can be used to enhance with natural balanced results - and that patients deserve thoughtful, personalised care every step of the way.
The past year has been one of growth and evolution as Nouvelle Cosmetics has continued to invest in Advanced training and education. All our nurses attended the ASPCD Symposium to focus on new technologies and modalities. The development of the YOUR journey offering complimentary consultations for new and existing patients was our positive response to the regulations and changes that ensure compliance within our industry. By strengthening our consultation and treatment pathways it ensures all our patients benefit from our ongoing training and education.
Behind every treatment is a team committed to high standards of care. Our Registered Nurses bring years of clinical experience, ongoing education, and a genuine focus on patient outcomes. In October we welcomed Nurse Bree to the team and for those of you who have been lucky enough to meet her you will appreciate our nickname of "Skin Queen".
Over the Christmas period Nurse Jane undertook a renovation of the clinic taking our already gorgeous space to the next level! The clinic feels brighter and more open and we know you are loving it as much as we are!
We are proud of the environment we’ve built — one that prioritises safety, professionalism, and consistency. With all our decisions centred around improving patient outcomes we look forward to bringing you new treatments in the coming months in our beautiful new space.
A huge thank you to all of you who have supported us over the last 9 years; whether you are new to Nouvelle or have been with us since the beginning we appreciate you supporting us. Your trust in us is not something we take for granted. Hopefully some of you got to come in and spin the birthday wheel and felt just how much we appreciate you.
Our goal for the next year remains the same to help you age better, with care that is considered, personalised, and grounded in experience. We cant wait to celebrate a decade in business with you all next year!
